The information provided on this page gives a general overview of the terms under which At Home on Holiday offers its holiday properties for rental. Full booking terms and property specific conditions are provided directly to guests during the booking process and form part of the booking confirmation documentation.
As each property has slightly different arrangements, facilities, and local management requirements, the detailed terms for your stay will be supplied with your booking confirmation and must be agreed before the reservation is finalised.
Booking Terms -
The Basics
Bookings for our holiday homes are arranged directly with At Home on Holiday following an enquiry and availability confirmation. Once availability is confirmed, guests will receive full booking details including pricing, deposit requirements, payment schedule, and property specific information.
A booking is normally secured by payment of a deposit, with the remaining balance payable prior to arrival. Guests may also be asked to provide a refundable security bond to cover accidental damage or loss during their stay.
Full booking terms, including payment arrangements, cancellation conditions, and property use guidelines, are provided during the booking confirmation process.
Important Conditions for Guests and Booking Form download
Our holiday properties are privately owned homes and guests are asked to respect the property, surrounding community, and shared facilities where applicable.
Typical booking conditions include:
